How Pre-Orders Work:

  1. Pre-Order Your Favorite Products:

    • Browse our collection of pre-order products.

    • Each product will display an estimated release date. Please note that the date is an estimate and can be subject to delays beyond our control.

  2. Shipping Information:

    • Pre-order items will be shipped once they are officially released. The estimated release date on each product page is when we expect to ship the item. We will ship all items in your order together, meaning if you purchase non-pre-order items with a pre-order, everything will ship at the same time.

    • If you want to receive in-stock items sooner, please make a separate order for them.

  3. Estimated Release Date:

    • The estimated release date is displayed on each pre-order product page.

    • If there is any delay in the product's release, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline and keep you informed about your order status.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours before the release date for a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs.

    • Once your pre-order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but we offer returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our refund policy for more information.

  • Tracking Information: Once your pre-order item ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.

 If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and update the estimated shipping date.

2. Can I cancel my pre-order at any time?
 You can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours before the release date with a 20% cancellation fee. After that, the item cannot be canceled.

3. Will I receive in-stock items sooner if ordered with a pre-order?
 No, all items in your order will be shipped together when the pre-order item is released. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

4. When will my pre-order be shipped?
Your pre-order will ship as soon as the product is released. The estimated release date is listed on the product page

5. What’s your refund policy?
We offer refunds for unopened pre-order items within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Opened items cannot be refunded. Please see our refund policy for further information.
