How Pre-Orders Work:

  1. Pre-Order Your Favorite Products:

    • Browse our collection of pre-order products.

    • Each product will display an estimated release date. Please note that the date is an estimate and can be subject to delays beyond our control.

  2. Shipping Information:

    • Pre-order items will be shipped once we receive inventory from our overseas suppliers (Japan).

      Each pre-order product page displays an estimated release date, which reflects the expected product release in Japan. Shipping to customers will occur after we receive and process the inventory at our facility.

      Please note:

      • Delivery from Japan to our warehouse may take additional time due to international shipping, customs processing, or supplier delays.

      • All pre-orders will include an estimated shipping window based on the product’s Japanese release date and expected arrival timeframe.

      • If delays occur at any stage of overseas transit, we will notify customers via email with an updated shipping estimate.

      We ship all items in your order together. If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives and is ready to dispatch.

      If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.

  3. Estimated Release Date:

    • The estimated release date is displayed on each pre-order product page.

    • If there is any delay in the product's release, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline and keep you informed about your order status.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours before the release date for a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs.

    • Once your pre-order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but we offer returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our refund policy for more information.

  • Tracking Information: Once your pre-order item ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.

1. What happens if my pre-order item is delayed?
 If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and update the estimated shipping date.

2. Can I cancel my pre-order at any time?
 You can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours before the release date with a 20% cancellation fee. After that, the item cannot be canceled.

3. Will I receive in-stock items sooner if ordered with a pre-order?
 No, all items in your order will be shipped together when the pre-order item is released. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

4. When will my pre-order be shipped?
Your pre-order will ship after we receive the product from Japan and process it at our warehouse. The estimated release date shown on the product page reflects the Japanese release date, and shipping will occur shortly after the item arrives to us.

5. What’s your refund policy?
We offer refunds for unopened pre-order items within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Opened items cannot be refunded. Please see our refund policy for further information.
